Spirit Airlines appoints Linde Grindle as Chief Human Resources Officer

Prior to joining Spirit, Grindle served as Director of Talent at Optum, a healthcare services and innovation company that is part of the UnitedHealth Group. Grindle is credited with transforming Optum’s talent acquisition process, designing various COVID-19 response strategies to help staff through the pandemic, and creating various initiatives to improve the employee experience. Prior to Optum, she also held human resources and change management positions at Cigna and Accenture.

Linde earned a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Stout.
