Henderson brings more than 20 years of global experience as a human resources manager. She will supervise the existing human resources teams in London and Sydney and will form a team in the United States.
Named one of from Boston Most Influential Black Women in 2021 by Get Konneted, Henderson joins Pendal from Boston Global Media Partners where she served as Chief People Officer and EVP, Strategic Communications and Organizational Design since 2018. Previously, she held leadership positions in human resources in the pharmaceutical, hospital and financial fields. service, technology and media industries in companies such as J&J Pharmaceuticals, Executive Office of Health and Human Services at Boston, Fidelity and State Street. With a master’s degree in urban policy and management from the new school of social research in New York, she also holds a BA in Political Science and African American Studies from Bates College and is Woodrow Wilson PPIA Fellow at University of Michigan.
