Paragon Capital Management Singapore (PCMS) has added two senior members to its team, both formerly at Credit Suisse Private Bank.
Guillaume Goh is vice president and portfolio manager of Paragon Income I of PCMS, an income-focused fund targeting long-term stable returns for accredited investors, the wealth manager said in a press release Thursday.
Goh was previously with Credit Suisse Private Bank in positions including fixed income sales specialist, broker and customer service representative, according to the statement. His roles included advising ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients, external asset managers and internal teams, the wealth manager said.
Expanding Products
“Independent asset managers like PCMS have grown rapidly in recent years and more clients and practitioners are recognizing their value proposition,” Goh said in the statement, noting he was joining the wealth manager. expanding its customer products.
Additionally, Ethan Lim has joined PCMS as a discretionary portfolio management adviser and will provide independent advice to family office clients, the wealth manager said. Previously, Lim worked for Credit Suisse Private Bank for seven years as a client relationship manager, the statement said, adding that his professional experience included serving as director of private banking at ABN AMRO Bank and head of customer relationship at UOB.

The two additions to PCMS aren’t his only Credit Suisse hires. In July 2021, the wealth manager brought in Carinn Neo, who was previously head of fixed income at Credit Suisse’s private banking arm in Singapore. She manages PCMS’ Paragon Income Fund.
Additionally, in August 2021, PCMS introduced Sean Queka former Bank of Singapore executive, as managing director and lead portfolio manager to lead a new equity-focused fund.
PCMS provides discretionary portfolio management services to qualified investors.
