Davidson joins Crowley after a long career with British Petroleum (BP), where she held various leadership roles in human resources and labor relations. She has also led the organization through a global strategic transformation, led the development and implementation of multiple people, management and business strategies, actively and successfully negotiated with unions, and developed and advanced the global diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), talent management strategies and culture.
