Blockchain-focused technology provider Eminence Holdings has announced a new addition to its executive team with the appointment of Lisa Karran as COO.
In his new role, Karran will play a major role in bringing Eminence products to market, using both his experience as a game operator and his understanding of the video game industry to support the supplier.
Karran joins Eminence after serving as Managing Director of The Knowledge Baker, an igaming-focused consulting firm, before which she was COO at Creative Web 3D.
She also spent five years as a Director and Designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer at Red Tiger Gaming, as well as nearly eight years as COO and COO of Xela Holdings.
Karan’s other roles include serving as a director within the TGP group and also as head of video game development for the Isle of Man government.
“I have always enjoyed the pace of start-ups and look forward to using my experience in this area to help Eminence scale quickly,” said Karran. “I am delighted to join the team at this crucial time and look forward to helping make their ambitious plans a reality. “
The appointment comes after Eminence this week also announced Mark Robson as the new chief executive. Robson previously worked for Microgaming SHFL Entertainment, Champion Sports and King Gaming.
“I am delighted to welcome Lisa to the leadership team, her vast experience and skills will be invaluable to us in achieving our ambitious growth goals,” said Robson.
