Sawdey is part of MedRisk’s leadership team, designing and implementing human resources strategies that support the company’s strategic goals. His role encompasses the acquisition, development and management of talent as well as the design and administration of benefits and compensation.
Most recently, Sawdey was Director of Human Resources at Crawford & Company, where she enjoyed a 30-year career in human resources. She is a graduate of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. Additionally, Sawdey volunteers as a board member of Make-A-Wish Georgia.
