In his new role, Anupama will be responsible for the entire HR portfolio of Biz2Credit’s digital lending platform Biz2X in India and APAC. His role will include providing strategic direction to the people’s agenda, building an enabling and inclusive organization with a strong focus on employee well-being and organizational growth.
Anupama is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience building and leading high performing teams. Prior to joining Biz2Credit, she worked in a diverse set of companies in increasingly senior roles. His expertise lies in improving the brand image of employees, creating and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract the best talent in the industry in order to improve the performance of the company. and create a culture of ownership and belonging.
